Forums provide an important resource for ITIL professionals on the internet. They are a platform for the exchange of ITIL related information and ideas, as well as the expression of opinion and viewpoint.

The major forum in terms of size and membership is the ITIL Community, but a number of others also exist which contribute significantly. These include; The ITIL & ISO 20000 User Group, ITIL People, Datamation and the Yahoo Group.
