The ITIL Newsletter is a free, unaligned, email newsletter dedicated to ITIL and ITSM.

It publishes approximately 5 times per year, and includes: interviews with leading ITSM figures, advice on training and certification, news on current developments, and a range of education information.

Whilst it is free of charge, to receive it requires the recipient to 'opt in'. This simply amounts to sending a blank email with a title of 'Subscribe' to the following address:

The newsletter also covers developments with respect to ISO 20000 and related certifications.
