ITIL Version 3, or ITIL v3 is the current existing version of ITIL. The previous version, version 2, was been in place for a number of years.

The current version consists of a number of five core publications, which are detailed elsewhere in this wiki.

Other support materials are under development, and work is now underway, but it is a lengthy process.
